Due to the nature of collectibles, trading cards, sealed products, livestream sales, consignment inventory, and market volatility, returns are limited and subject to the conditions outlined below.

GENERAL POLICY
Infinite Collectibles accepts eligible return requests submitted within 5 calendar days of confirmed delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error caused by Infinite Collectibles.
Approved returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Items returned must be received in the same condition as originally shipped, including original packaging where applicable.
While Infinite Collectibles does not designate products as “final sale,” many collectible categories are restricted from return eligibility due to the nature of sealed products, trading cards, livestream sales, consignment inventory, opened merchandise, market volatility, and fraud prevention concerns.
Because collectible products may be subject to tampering, resealing, grading changes, condition disputes, or fluctuating market value after delivery, Infinite Collectibles reserves the right to limit, deny, or refuse return requests at its discretion and in accordance with the restrictions outlined in this policy.

OPENED PRODUCTS
• Any product opened, altered, or removed from original packaging

• Small cosmetic flaws
Infinite Collectibles does not guarantee grading outcomes for raw cards or sealed products.
Condition opinions are subjective and are not guarantees of third-party grading results.

SHIPPING CLAIMS
If an issue involving shipment occurs:
• Customer must contact Infinite Collectibles within 48 hours of delivery
• Original packaging should be retained when possible
• Photos and documentation may be requested

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be canceled before shipment.
Infinite Collectibles reserves the right to cancel orders due to:
• Inventory errors
• Pricing errors
• Fraud concerns
• Payment verification issues

REFUND PROCESSING
If a return is approved, refunds may be issued as:
